Welcome to Kanda & Batata Practice Tests. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

This website is a free, independent educational practice tool for preparing for the Canadian citizenship test. It provides practice questions, quizzes, scoring and explanations for study purposes. It is a study aid only.

2. Not an official government resource

This website is not operated, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Government of Canada or any provincial, territorial or municipal government. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration or official government advice. For authoritative information — including current test requirements, eligibility and application processes — always refer to official Government of Canada resources at canada.ca and the official Discover Canada study guide.

3. No guarantee of results

Practice results on this site are for self-assessment only. A high practice score does not guarantee that you will pass the official citizenship test, because the official exam is independently set, its content changes over time, and eligibility is determined by the Government of Canada.

4. Accuracy of content

We take great care to base every question, answer and explanation on the official Discover Canada study guide, and we correct errors promptly. However, content is provided "as is" for study purposes. If you spot an error or outdated question, please tell us through the Contact page so we can fix it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the site in any way that is illegal or unlawful;
attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
scrape, copy or redistribute the question bank for commercial purposes;
impersonate the Government of Canada or represent this site as an official government service.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, code, mascot characters and original presentation are the work of the Kanda & Batata team. The underlying facts and guide content belong to the Government of Canada. You may use the site for personal study. Commercial reuse of the question bank requires prior written permission.

7. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis, free of charge. We may update, pause or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kanda & Batata project and its contributors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including any reliance on practice results when preparing for the official test.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
